DPD primarily source their range of Fruit and Vegetables direct from passionate growers around Australia who strive to produce a year round supply of premium, fresh quality produce.

Our farms implement quality assurance programs, and are continually looking for the best varieties.

Crate.

From the farm, produce is packaged to our customers requirements, using recyclable, or reusable packaging and crates.

Plate.

DPD strive to provide the best produce to our customers, so that at the end of the line, the fruit and vegetables that you put on your plate will be the best you can get.

Grant’s Mushroom Salad
Grant’s Mushroom Salad

A Mediterranean dish that my Grand parents often made up. Low on carbs and high on vitamins.

A very simple but nice Salad. Portobello mushrooms cut into slices mixed in with Rocket, Red salad onions and crumbled Feta.

I used a Good olive oil and vinegar dressing over the top and then let it sit for an hour or so, the dressing kind of gives it a light cooking.

My favourite dish.

Dpd asparagus, shallots, mushrooms, squash, red capsicums and basil.

Squash and asparagus lightly steamed mushrooms, capsicums shallots sautéed in a good olive oil .

Then all ingredients mixed in with a good quality pasta of your choice.

With a drizzle of olive oil and Parmesan cheese over the top.

Grant’s Quinoa Risotto
Grant’s Quinoa Risotto

Cooked from local and fresh Mushrooms, Tasmanian shallots, Tasmanian Garlic, local Jalapeño chilli and Red and yellow capsicums.

All ingredients cooked down in olive oil adding quinoa and vegetable stock until quinoa is soft.

You can mix in some spinach later once Risotto is done.
